4 myles - 1.01:50

Treadmill - 5:00 P.M.
foot of snow outside, clear, slushy
mind/body - good
easy effort

Prescribed workout: 30-60 minutes fast walking

Actual workout: 4 myles 1.01:50 avg. 15:27 - 3.88 MPH

3rd day in a row on the dreadmill but it wasn't all that bad. I think variety is the key! I cranked up the TM to 12% grade and walked as fast as I could. In reality, this is a workout I never would have done in the past but when I think about how much walking actually occurs at HR - this workout makes total sense! I hope to do this workout at least once a week until HR and obviously when the snow clears it will be to a couple 14ers.

You should do the Incline next time you're in Manitou.

Let me know if you want company on any of the 14ers. I have done most all of them but the San Juans and love it. Here is this link to my list of what I have left. http://www.14ers.com/php14ers/usrpeaksv.php?userid=Shad

Was thinking of going this Sunday to snowshoe up something close like Bierstadt or Grays/Torrys assuming that I can still walk after running with you guys on Saturday.
