Actual workout: 9 myles 65 minutes avg 7:14 easy/steady pace, no strides or hill sprints
North wind blowing pret-ty strong! Effort was greater than 7:14 but when it's blowing 25MPH in your face, that's seems pretty fast! Hammy seemed a little tight when I woke up but didn't seem to bug me on my run. Tomorrow I'll test it on an hour marathon pace run - as long as the wind dies down...
