Actual workout: 8 myles 57:58 avg. 7:14 easy/recovery effort
I guess the ol' quads are telling me I need to work on some downhill running - man are they sore today! Much worse than after Rooty Raccoon. And to top it off Paul prescribed a pretty tough workout week with this being the only easy workout. Today on the flat and uphill section I actually felt pretty good but when coming down I had to baby step it. I've got 7 weeks to work on the downhills in prep for Miwok otherwise that course will beat me again....
