recovery effort
A real casual pace today. I only wanted to get the legs lose for the upcoming speed work this week. I did not have any residual soreness in my legs from yesterday. I'm really happy that I can rebound the day after a 20+ day and still feel good. I think it just signifies that my overall fitness is good.
Moving forward, I need to be able to rebound like this because on June 16th I will be running in a week long race called Desert RATS. That race is all about rebounding for 6 days.
