Initially this was to be a recovery run but I felt too good to go slow(er). My legs were heavy climbing but I felt really good on the flats so I decided to make this a medium effort. My first/last were: 6:40/6:34. From now until Way Too Cool I'm going to concentrate on leg turnover with shorter distance runs. I feel like I'm O.K. with endurance because of the race on Saturday but I will still get in one or two 20 + mile runs before WTC. If the weather stays like this then I'm gonna have 2 quality weeks of training but I have a feeling today was just a teaser for spring.
