Actual workout: 8 myles 57:14; started at 8:34 pace(7MPH), finished at 6:00 pace(10MPH)
Really struggled with getting the legs moving today, probably due to the lack of speed work lately. I actually only made it to 9.5MPH and then had to step off for a few seconds but continued to 10MPH, on again off again. Normally I run out the final 15 minutes or so at a moderate pace but I was just too spent today so I stopped right around an hour.
