Actual workout: 6 myles 45:24 avg. 7:34 Started at 8:34 (7 MPH)finished at 6:31 (9.2MPH)
I would call this a 1/2 workout. I had a twinge in my right lower calf that slowly went away but I didn't want to push it. Twas really a shame I was on the TM today because it was so nice outside but I really needed to shake the legs out with this type of workout. I'll take tomorrow off and get a 3 hour run in on Saturday to finish up the week. Nice, easy recovery week.
